The Oxfordshire Buildings Record is housed within the Oxfordshire Record Office as a repository for the primary source surveys and plans of Oxfordshire's building heritage.
Groups exist throughout the county that are dedicted to measuring and recording vernacular buildings. The surveys are carried out as the opportunity arises or at the request of owners.
